Whether we like it or not, the world is changing. Do we still use paper, clipboards, andpencils or is there technology out there that can increase our productivity without sacrificing quality? Are Physical Inspections Obsolete? Is technology better than going into the field? Is it more efficient? What are the Pros and Cons of gathering data in the field versus virtually? We will answer these questions while we take a look at the available technology, Artificial Intelligence, and how they fit into the Appraisal Process.
