This session introduces the Maricopa Assessment Replacement System (MARS) currently under development in partnership between the Assessor of Maricopa County, Arizona, and the Assessment Division of Esri Canada. Panelists from both the client and the vendor will discuss the unique capabilities of this leading-edge integrated GIS/CAMA solution and the careful process by which a radical change in work processes, tools, and data management is introduced to a user base.
