After the mandated reappraisal of Mecklenburg County, several challenges were encountered. This presentation will stress the importance of canvassing properties utilizing IAAO standards and the importance of creating transparency in communications within your community. These experiences reflect a real life exercise in agile project management and organizational limits including the preparation of appeal defense.
