The webinar will review of the fundamentals of golf course and club real estate tax assessments and a discussion of how Coronavirus may impact them. Golf courses are often a complex web of unique challenges and are also big business, often with operating budgets well over $1 million. Mr. Hirsh is an industry leader, author, and frequent lecturer. He was instrumental in establishing the Society of Golf Appraisers (SGA) and was its first president. He has pioneered a variety of valuation and analysis techniques now considered standard in the industry and has shared them through his many articles in a wide variety of professional journals and industry publications.
