Description
n 2024, the Cook County President’s Office, in conjunction with the Cook County Assessor and the Cook County Board of Review, commissioned an independent audit of the County’s commercial valuation system. This audit consisted of a statistical analysis, including a detailed sales ratio study, and an operational analysis focused on analyzing business practices. This session describes the results of this audit and how actionable solutions were developed in a complex environment.
