Description

This session introduces a new open-source toolkit developed by the Center for Land Economics that bridges the gap between advanced mass appraisal techniques and practical implementation. Built to support both traditional and machine learning approaches, the toolkit automates valuation model development, validation, and equity testing. The code is built to be easily adaptable with a unified data schema that is flexible to assessors' data. Assessors will learn how to leverage this free solution to develop more accurate valuations while maintaining transparency and defensibility in their modeling process.
