Description
This session will cover the importance of having accurate data for mass valuation purposes. It will look not only at the importance of the subject property data, but also the necessity of accurate sales data. The accuracy of the sales and market information are critical to all three approaches to value and equally important to the equalization process. This presentation will contain some examples of the errors awaiting those who used inaccurate data in their operations.
