Description
In a sense the assessor is acting as a judge in this adversarial setting determining the facts and ap.plying a sometimes vague and uncertain law The subject matter of such decisions includes all areas of property tax issues as illustrated by the following cases. The purpose is to use them to illustrate the type of issues confronting the assessor and to give suggestions as to how to analyze the issues and make good decisions.
