Description
The structure of an effective Assessor Education program as a component of a comprehensive assessment administration program has long been a subject of considerable debate. The International Association of Assessing Officer's position has consistently been that Assessor Education is most effective within a constellation of assessment system characteristics aimed at improving property tax administration and assessment uniformity and that it must be explicitly designed to support such a modern assessment administration structure.
