General Session Description
The mayor of Philadelphia commissioned a task force to study assessment and property tax equity and make recommendations for improving equity. A group with expertise in many aspects of housing and property taxes was convened in response. Members of the task force will present the process that was followed and the recommendations that were made in a panel discussion that will engage attendees.
