General Session Description
This session will review the findings of the Marijuana Valuation Task Force to provide a real-world approach to appraising commercial marijuana facilities. This session will break down each of the three major facility types (grower, processor and dispensary) to show what you would expect to see in a typical facility including equipment, furniture and fixtures, and inventories and the values associated with each of them. This session will get into the "weeds" of each type of facility and breakdown the valuation of the facilities using all three approaches to value.
