General Session Description
The Residential Valuation presentation demonstrates the revaluation process using state of the art technology, tools and applications by both the field appraisers and appraiser analyst. The mass appraisal of a large jurisdiction provides the view of the field appraiser process and methodology the appraiser analyst uses in the annual revaluations of 430,000 properties in Orange County, Florida. The presentation will demonstrate the use of iPads that connect the field appraiser to a paperless remote virtual office.
