Building a high performing team is no small feat. But when armed with the right tools, skills, and mindset, leaders and their employees find their work not only doable, but also fulfilling and even joyful. In this session, Dr. Favor will provide attendees with the best actions a leader can take to meet their goal in establishing a high performing team.
The conference session will be led by Judy Favor, Ph.D., award-winning coach, author, educator, and speaker. Having facilitated the wildly successful GROW into Coaching session at the IAAO Annual Conference in 2021, we are excited to have Dr. Favor present this special session on building high-performing teams. For more than 25 years, she has inspired and motivated others, challenged assumptions and limiting behaviors, and helped individuals, teams, and organizations reach higher levels of performance. Participants will benefit from Dr. Favor’s expertise in leadership development and team building and will leave with actionable skills.
