Using Desktop GIS and R Tools to Visualize and Analyze Spatial Equity in Valuations
Brief Session Description
Visualization using interactive graphs, charts, and maps makes ArcGIS pro a powerful and robust application for valuation professionals to understand the relationships and correlations within property and sales data. This session will demonstrate several data exploration methods, visualization capabilities, and analysis tools within ArcGISPro to effectively analyze local government assessment data. Assessment performance (Ratio Studies) will be evaluated and demonstrated though the use of IAAO equity and uniformity standards and tools created using the R-ArcGIS Bridge.
