The role of AI and machine learning in the valuation industry is inevitable. In 2018, Property Valuation Services Corporation, the assessment jurisdiction for Nova Scotia, Canada, used a machine learning algorithm to produce accurate assessments for its residential improved file. In this presentation, PVSC will share its machine learning results to date and how it is integrating machine learning and other technologies into its operations - evolving and strengthening quality, productivity and processes while gaining efficiencies.
