This presentation looks at the theory of organizational behavior, the value of its systematic study, and in practice, how office culture can change over time through influences of its leadership. The presenters will review concepts, controversies, and applications of organizational behavior, and relate their classroom material to real world examples, through their observations of directing an assessment jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada for over two decades.
