Brief Session Description
This session will present an overview of various approaches to resolving disputed assessments online, based on preliminary results of a study funded by the IAAO Library Trust Committee. Representatives of a jurisdiction and a vendor involved with developing and implementing an online assessment appeal system will then demonstrate the entire process from beginning to end. Presenters will discuss potential benefits from implementing this technology, as well as strategies to avoid problems and roadblocks.
