Brief Session Description
Over the last 40 years more than a dozen alternative measures of vertical equity have been proposed. This presentation will demystify this complex measure, reveal some ambiguous guidance, and expose features of this measure that can be used to punish assessors and present some suggestions to resolve these issues.
