Brief Session Description
Over the last several decades, there have been many advances in the use of Geographic Information Systems Technology as it relates to property assessment and valuation methodologies. The IAAO Research Subcommittee, working in collaboration with Esri and URISA has been in the process of gathering data on emerging trends on the use of GIS within our field. This interactive session will venture into the scope of GIS use, analysis, and tools that are frequently employed to improve efficiency and enhance assessment accuracy.
