Brief Session Description

This session will provide an overview of the theory and techniques taught in the Appraisal Institute’s course 833 on intangible valuation. Although there are diverse opinions on the subject of intangibles, this session does not advocate a particular method, but instead provides an overview of the various techniques to separate intangible assets, real estate and personal property.
