Brief Session Description
Guam recently completed the first island–wide revaluation since 1993. The project was aggressive and required a revaluation of its 67,000 parcels be completed in just nine months. There were many challenges faced with data quality, procedures, technology, and expertise. The lessons learned from Guam’s revaluation can assist other assessment officials facing the same time–lapse hurdle by sharing the resources and tools utilized.
