Abstract
Statistical modeling and GIS techniques have value for small and medium-sized jurisdictions, as well as for larger jurisdictions where they are most commonly applied. Where existing assessments have a strong relationship to actual market conditions, the use of CAMA and GIS together provide a reliable tool for valuing commercial property.
