Abstract
Use of the Tukey line may be helpful in supporting the price-related differential (PRD) and in supplementing the local assessor’s and oversight agency’s ability to measure assessment equity. This approach provides reliable measurement of equity that is more robust because it is less susceptible to outlier ratios and data errors than the PRD.
