Abstract
Conversion issues must be addressed when migrating spatial data from computer-automated drafting (CAD) to geographic information systems (GIS). A case study from the Lucas County Auditor’s GIS Division in Toledo, Ohio, documents a method of importing an AutoCAD subdivision drawing into an ARC/INFO/ArcStorm database.
