Abstract
In the public sector, no resource is more vital than the flow of information. If information is limited, then efficiency becomes constricted. Thus, when it comes to information in the appraisal process, disclosing sale prices on residential properties is a valuable resource, especially for county appraisers whose data should be a reflection of market activity.
