Description
There may be absolutely nothing physically wrong with a condominium development, yet it is referred to as “fractured” or “broken.” The grass continues to be mowed, the swimming pool sparkles and the parking lot is swept. When the boom music stopped, the developer had not unloaded its entire inventory. Perhaps a better name for the phenomenon is fractured or broken developer.
