Journal of Property Tax Assessment & Administration
Abstract
To date, fiscal policy for real estate properties in Greece has not been—and could not have been—successful because of the lack of necessary information on the ownership, location, and value of property and the lack of management infrastructure at the government level. This article discusses the development process around a CAMA system for property assessment in Greece.
