Abstract

In the September/October 2002 issue of the Assessment Journal, one of the three articles on “Piecing Together Location, Three Studies by the Lucas County Research and Development Staff” referred to land valuation and used the term “stage of development” This article explains on that topic by discussing how size adjustments and benchmarking values were used along with land sales for residential land valuation in Lucas County, Ohio.
