An approach to the adjudication of property assessment appeals using a simplified system of linear algebraic equations

Abstract

The objective of this discussion is to present an approach to the valuation using a simple parametric model. An extension to simple linear theory is presented, and a numerical example demonstrates the use of the theory in the valuation of a single family residential property located on the banks of a river.
