Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine where the proposed All Aboard Florida (AAF) high-speed passenger rail project is likely to have an impact on property values in Martin County, Florida. This study looks specifically at the short-term, perceived impacts of the AAF announcement on the value of single-family residential property located within 400 to 1,000 feet of the rail line.
