Abstract
This article describes how the Rushmore approach is better suited to the valuation fo hotel properties, first by offering background information on the business practices in the hotel industry and hwo they differ from other business enterprises and then by using as an example, a step-by-step valuation of the hotel that was the subject of litigation.
