Artificial intelligence and machine learning are modernizing industries and businesses around the world, and assessment practices will inevitably follow suit. This session will provide an overview of AI methods and its use in the assessment process, as well as assuring that the results produce fair and equitable valuaitons follewed by explaining AI to stakeholders and constituents.
