Session Description
This session will explain how the Sarasota County Property Appraiser’s office manually built a 3D model using ESRI’s ArcPro software and LiDAR data to improve valuation for condo units. This model has allowed appraisers to approximate the view from each individual unit and make value adjustments accordingly.
