Abstract
The appraisal golf courses is a subject that interests assessors throughout Minnesota. What could be better than a field trip on a sunny afternoon to solve a challenging appraisal problem. The fact is, you don’t have to be a good golfer to appraise a golf course. We hope this article, which details our experiences with golf course appraisal, will be a useful reference of rothers who face the same challenge.
